AMERICA ATTACKED, THOUSANDS KILLED!!!!!
World Trade Center Destroyed, Pentagon damaged by suicide terrorists using hijacked airliners. Why??

On September 11, 2001, in the early morning hours, shortly after people had settled in to work, a plane, later identified as an airliner, crashed in to one of the two World Trade Center towers. As the news media flashed their reports over the TV, someone yelled, another plane was heading for the other tower. As the nation watched, the plane smashed in to the other tower, and exploded in to a ball of flame, and debris.

The following minutes were filled with shock and outrage, as it became apparent that this was a terrorist attack.

What, up until that point, had been the furthest thing from the minds of just about all of us, had happened, terrorists had struck the US in the heart of the economic foundation of this nation. If it had been in some small city, or town, or if they had blown something up, then, we might have overlooked their boldness, and after a few months of outrage, we might have forgotten about it. But, New York, and the World Trade Center towers, the symbol of America's financial strength??? That was whole different matter.

But, with all of this tragedy, the worst was yet to come.

The resulting fires, and falling debris, soon took their toll of more lives. People, trying to get out of the buildings, found it hard, if not difficult, with elevators barely working, and thick smoke filling the stairwells. People stumbling over each other, not able to see, and many, not being able to breathe, possibly died trying to escape. But, some others, facing no way of escape, and certain death, decided to end their lives quick, by jumping off of the building, 100 and more floors above the ground.

Bodies raining down on people, on the street, as rescue workers tried to aid those that were injured, that were already on the ground.

But the worst was still yet come.

In Washington DC, some time later, another hijacked passenger plane, crashed in to the symbol of America's military strength, the Pentagon.

Initial estimates of casualties, put the death tolls at above 500, especially knowing all of the passengers of the hijacked airliners, were dead. Thousands in the WTC, and hundreds in the pentagon, assured that this would be a more deadly attack on this nation, than Pearl Harbor.

Then, it happened.

As rescue workers were aiding the injured, and fire fighters and other personnel raced to upper floors to try to rescue people, the second tower, that was hit lower than the first, collapsed, possibly killing hundreds of these rescue workers, along with the occupants of the building. Some time later, the first tower collapsed, adding thousands more to the death toll.

Within little less than 2 hours, America went from a nation, secure in its position as untouchable, and the world's greatest superpower has been changed forever.

One bright spot in all of these events, is the crash of another hijacked plane, in a field in Pennsylvania. While that may seem like a harsh reality, it could have been worse. That plane was on its way to crash in to another building. That building was either the capitol building, or the white house, but the passengers, attacked the terrorists, and forced the plane to crash, thereby saving who knows how many lives, but losing their own. These were heroes, in the true sense of the word.

For several hours, while everyone was being seen as trying to help the victims, and planning what all needed to be done, the president, seemed to be staying out of sight. Many thought that he should be making an appearance or something.

It was later learned that the Secret Service, was keeping him out of sight because there were rumors that the plane that crashed, and possibly some other terrorists, had targeted him as well.

Anyway, at last count, over 1200 were known dead, and nearly 5000, are missing. What a tragedy.

But, out of tragedy, some good emerged. First, the heroism of many strangers, who, were not being paid to help, did so, at the risk of their own lives. Firefighters and police, throwing caution to the wind, trying to help, even when their shifts were over. As I mentioned earlier, the passengers on the plane that crashed, and many other unsung heroes rose to the occasion.

Though I have never experienced it, when I was there in '67, people told of how anti social people in New York are. Everyone seems to be indifferent to strangers, and too busy with their own affairs, to even speak to you. But, after this, strangers hugged each other, wept together and prayed together.

This tragedy, was meant to divide us even further than we may have already been, but, now, the opposite has happened, we have become united.

Many see this as one thing that may well be the event that turns this nation back to God, if we can admit one thing, and that is, we have left Him.

Looking at the recent events, one needs to ask this question, and that is, 'If God, is all powerful, all knowing, and the all present Creator, that Christians say He is, then how did these things happen?? How did those that hate Israel, and Christians, manage to carry out their devilish, demonic plans, against the most powerful nation on the face of the earth?? How is it that there was, what we would call, a total failure of the entire security networks of this nation, that literally blinded them to what was happening, right in front of their eyes?? Our intelligence, is second to none, yet, it missed tell tale signs of these events.

What happened???

It is my belief, that what happened, is a taste of the judgment that is upon this nation, because of the sin that is prevalent in this nation from most of our leaders, on down to the junkie, alcoholic and homosexual in the gutter.

But, far worse than that, most of the preachers in this nation, have failed in their roles as men, and women of God. These are the true leaders of this nation, seeing that our leaders, usually consult these individuals, in their endeavors, and then follow their advice.

Yes, my friends, brothers and sisters, judgment is on this nation, and it is the fault of the church, or rather most of it, and not the secular community.

How can I say this?? Well, look at this scripture, found in the old testament book of 2 Chronicles, chapter 7, and verse 14, with God, speaking through His prophet, 'If My people, which are called by My Name (Christians, or in that particular time, Israel), will humble themselves (get rid of their pride) , and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways (repent). Then, will I hear from Heaven, and forgive their sin, and heal (bless, deliver, give the victory to) their land.

This one scripture, reveals something that is an age old problem that has caused, and is causing millions of souls to suffer, die, and go the hell, every single day.

Preachers, have compromised, with the secular world so much, about what is right and wrong, that there is no similance of what is right and wrong, much less, what is His Punishment and Judgment, for the wrong that is done.

The book of Deuteronomy, chapter 28, verses 1 through 14, gives us a clear directive, of what can be expected by those that live their lives, according to the directives of God.

The verses right after that, going all the way to the end of that same chapter, is what can be expected by those that, first, have heard His commandments, and then went about to reject them.

Shortly after this tragedy, a couple of my fellow preachers, Pat Robertson, of the 700 Club, and Jerry Falwell, made some statements, that drew much criticism, from the secular world, and unfortunately from many preachers.

What they said was something to this effect, 'What has happened this day, is the result of God's Judgment on this nation for all of the evil this nation engages in. The aborting of 1.5 million babies every year. The supporting of homosexuality, and lesbianism. The promotion of pornography. The laws passed, taking the ten commandments out of the public arena, as well as prayer, and so on.'

Almost immediately, the news media, showed a black preacher, saying, 'This is not God's will!!!! God is not a monster!!!!

This type of outburst against Falwell and Robertson, is usually brought about, by those that have been preaching that God is good, and God is love, and God understands, and He doesn't do anything like punishing people for their wrong, because He knows we aren't perfect, and everybody sins.

Their message to America is, you can do what you want, and God will not be angry with you, because, 'we are all God's Children!!!'

Now, if what Falwell and Robertson are saying is true, then, that makes them out to be the biggest liars of all time, and responsible for multitudes of people suffering, dying, and going to hell.

Well, that is exactly what they are, liars, and false preachers, who don't even know God, neither are they your friends, but your enemies.

First, God has warned us, time and time again about what happens to those that go against His commandments.

Now, if you can picture this, then you can see how these things work.

As long as you are in the will of God, you are inside the fortress of His protection. Nothing can happen to any one, or group, or nation, as long as you are in His hedge of protection.

However, when you disobey Him, it is like walking outside of that protection, and thus opening yourself up to anything the enemy wants to do to you.

Many can't see the innocent, having to suffer because of the unrighteous. Especially in this past episode of terror. But, the bible tells us two things.

In Exodus 20:1-5, we see that God, tells us that those that have other gods before Him, will suffer, with not only them suffering, but their descendants, down to the third and fourth generations. Now, idolatry, encompasses a wide variety of things, which, includes self gratification. This means, when you do something, strictly because you desire to please yourself, [if it feels good, do it], you have, in effect, put yourself, and your desires, before God.

Man has one thing that God really hates, and that is pride. Why?? Because man is too proud to admit, in many instances that he (or she), has sinned, and therefore, will not repent, so they, and others have to suffer.

In the book of Joshua, chapter 7, we find a story where the disobedience of 1 man, caused many to be killed, in battle, with an army that was much smaller than the city of Jericho's army, which they had just defeated.

The story tells us, that this one man, went against what God said, and God, blamed the entire camp, allowing them to be defeated in battle. It was not until they rid themselves, not only of the man, but his family, servants, cattle and all he had (they were all stoned to death), did they get the victory.

This instance shows us something big. First the camp did not know that this man had done this. Compare that with the fact that millions openly commit sins, far worse than what this man did, and they do it, with our blessing. Over 42 million abortions since it was legalized.

Homosexuality which is an abomination to God [LEV. 18:22, 20:13] is out in the open, and now, even in the churches, as they ordain and marry them, with hardly anyone speaking out about it. Those that do, are ostracized, and persecuted, and even attacked sometimes by other Christians.

We have laws that forbid prayer, and any acknowledgment of God, or His commandments, in public places. School prayer is banned, but all sorts of filth, debauchery, and even other religious, and sinful behavior is allowed to be taught in them.

This nation is at least 100 times as guilty of sin, than Sodom and Gamorrah ever were, and you know what happened to them. They were destroyed. So you see, if He did that to them, what do you think He will do to us??

We have been getting away with too much, for too long, and it has finally caught up with us, and some preachers are running scared, because their reputations, and popularity, are on the line.

The problem with these preachers, is that they are more worried about what people will think about them, and not about what God will think about, and do to, them.

For decades, this nation has been moving away from God, and He has given us chance after chance to repent, just like He did Israel. That is called grace. But, more and more, we have taken that grace as being His agreement with what we were doing, and we stretched it just a little bit further [Rom 6:15].

America, needs to repent. Regardless of what you, or anyone else thinks, the pride of this nation, is something, that has gone far beyond what can be considered within the realm of God's allowance.

It is highly possible, that many of our soldiers, may lose their lives over there, as well as many here, as a result of our thinking that we are soooooo great, that no one can defeat us, but even worse, the fact that we feel we are righteous in the sight of God.

Sure, we have been blessed to be in the position we are in, but we need to remember just who it is, that has allowed us to achieve this position, and what has happened to nations in the past that were great, until they got big heads, and thinking that they achieved their position, because of their own strength and intelligence.

Read these verses of scripture found in the book of Isaiah chapter 31, starting at verse 1, '
1 Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help, who rely on horses, who trust in the multitude of their chariots and in the great strength of their horsemen, but do not look to the Holy One of Israel, or seek help from the LORD.
2 Yet he too is wise and can bring disaster; he does not take back his words. He will rise up against the house of the wicked, against those who help evildoers.
3 But the Egyptians are men and not God; their horses are flesh and not spirit. When the LORD stretches out his hand, he who helps will stumble, he who is helped will fall; both will perish together.
That my friend is just what America is doing.

Ever since the attack, we have been saying, how we are going to make them pay. We have all of our 'smart weapons', and highly skilled military personnel, and they have nothing, but old, dilapidated weapons to fight with. They are no match for us. But, if God, says so, then what they have will be more than enough to defeat us. God does not have to be on their side, all He has to do, is not be on our side.

Israel tried that once. Numbers, chapter 14, tells about Israel being in sin, and trying to move toward the promised land, after being rebuked by the Lord, and told that they must stay where they are. They decided to go against God, and the enemy defeated them.

The bible is full of examples of what happens to those that do evil in the sight of God, and think they can get away with it, or that because they have had victories before, that there is no need to think that they can't do it again.

Am I saying America will be defeated??? No. But what I am saying, is that if we are, it will not suprise me in the least. We are long overdue on the table of justice, and it is coming, if this wasn't the prelude of things to come.

We go around singing, 'God Bless America!', and all the other songs that mention God, and ask Him for His protection, but when He tells us that we have sinned, and need to repent, then, we act as if He has lost His mind, when in reality, we have long since, lost ours.

God gives us a little warning about our way of thinking, and it is found in Proverbs, chapter 1 verse 24 Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded;
25 But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof:
26 I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh;
27 When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you.
28 Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me:
29 For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD:
30 They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof.
31 Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices.
32 For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.
33 But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.

Imagine that, we call out to Him for help, and He sits there laughing at us. Makes you feel kind of stupid, doesn't it??? Well, that's the way it is.

As long as we sit on our high horse, and think we can go back to business as usual after this is over, we are going down the road of destruction.

America needs to repent. No!!!! Wait!!! The church needs to repent, and get its act together. How can we direct someone else to get right, when God is addressing His people to do it first.

Will we do it??? Will we stand up and begin to repent for our evil doing, and then stand against those that would pervert the ways of the Lord, and promote their own ideologies??? How about the politicians that we choose, that have agenda's totally against God's will?? If you are going to still vote for them, then you haven't repented. You are still trying to have things your way.

Jesus said, we have to take up our cross, and follow Him, but you don't want a cross, you want to tip toe through the tulips. You want your cake and eat it too. Pardon my english, it ain't gonna happen.

The choice is yours, I've already made mine, I'll take the cross, any day.
