PLAY/DOWNLOAD [MP3] Last month, when I left off, I was beginning to show you how God responds to our refusal to do anything to stop the abomination of aborting 57 million babies, since 1972 [1.5 million/year]. That response goes along the lines of, since we don't care enough about these babies, to even acknowledge they are human, He, in turn, is not going to acknowledge[bless, protect], our kids that we have with us, today. Talk about 'payback!!' Nobody can do it better than God. Heb 10:31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. I mentioned how that we mourn the lives of those that are killed in the wars we are fighting, keeping a running count of the numbers of those killed. Yet, we don't keep a running count of the numbers of those babies, that we kill every day, 'legally.' We protest the war, and demand our politicians, stop it, and bring our sons and daughters home. Yet, if someone protests the killing of the 'truly innocent', they are attacked, ridiculed, spit on, arrested, and otherwise, made to shut up, or else!! If a politician is running for office, the first thing people want to know, is where do they stand on abortion. Depending on their party affiliation, if they are against it, they are accepted [Republicans], or rejected [Democrats]. The same thing holds true for appointments to the Federal, and Supreme courts. In order to protect abortion, Democrats will not support any person for judgeship, especially to the Supreme court, that may put the court in the position, to reverse Roe v Wade, the decision that legalized it. While we want to call it the 'Law of the Land', it never went through the steps that make laws, in this nation. There was no 'bill' written, that went through committee, got voted on, then went through congress, and approved. No president's signature, making it a 'law.' No, what happened is, judges, who are supposed to make decisions, based on the 'law, instead decided to 'make the law.' Anyway, you can see, by people believing it is the law of the land, and not even wanting to think about it, have put this nation in to the mess it is in. We want God to bless us, in spite of what we want to keep, as 'law', and God's not having it!! Now, it should be recognized, that certain abortions may be necessary, to save the life of the woman, carrying the child, or maybe if the child is dead in the womb, or something along those lines. Cases of rape, and incest, are stressful, and I am not a woman, so I can only speak along these lines, there are instances in the bible, where women were raped, or victims of incest, and they had their babies, and the babies grew up to be great influences to their people. But, according to the records, out of the 57 million abortions performed in this nation, since 1972, 92 percent of them, were for no other reason, than, getting rid of an inconvenience, or covering up an illicit affair. This means, most abortions are for reasons, that are less than urgent. God, knows this, so, while some think they can fool man, they can't fool God, which is what they don't consider. Therefore, He is throwing it back in their faces. They are reaping, what they have been sowing, and that is the deaths of their own children, that are with them, now. You want to kill unborn babies?? God will allow the devil to kill your children. If you think I don't know what I am talking about, then you aren't seeing the evidence. How many of your kids, are in the cemeteries today?? How many will be there tomorrow, or in the future?? You can cry and plead to God, to do something, but if you refuse to help the unborn, He is not going to help you. While you look at it as something man is doing, like crime, and wanting to stomp it out, or diseases like cancer, sugar diabetes, stroke, drugs, and the like as being responsible for the deaths of your kids, and forming committees, marching, and spending billions of dollars to get rid of the problem, you refuse to recognize, these are but the symptoms of the curse that is on this nation, because of abortion. You are running 'helter skelter' trying to get people organized, and spend money, to fix something only God can fix. No politician can do it, no president can do it, or any combination of the above, or citizens can do it. Only God. You think God wouldn't do that to children?? Read this!! Hos 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. And, just so you get the complete picture, while many will ascribe this to the ungodly, it goes equally, and more so, to those that are saved, sanctified, and filled with the Holy Ghost. Because, they are supposed to know better. Does it sound like I am angry?? Good!! As Jesus once said, [paraphrasing], 'I do, what I see the Father do!', meaning, 'how the Father feels about things, is the same way I feel about them.' Now, if God is angry about what is going on with this one issue, then, any Christian, that is not angry, as well, is treading on dangerous ground. A lot of Christians think, that just because they are saved, they will be immune from God's wrath. The answer to that depends on how you feel about this, and other issues, and what you are doing about it. If you will remember, while the plagues were ravaging Egypt, the children of Israel, were protected from them. That was because, they hadn't rebelled against God. However, when they got out in the wilderness, then, whenever they did something wrong, God punished them. Sometimes, it came in the form of sickness, and disease. Other times, it came as another nation, defeating them, and taking them in to bondage. God, in order to prove His righteousness, will punish His people first, just to show, the world, that totally rejects Him, what they can expect. 1Pet 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God[church, Christians]: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? You see, if God, allowed His Children to get away with the foolishness that He punished the unrighteous for, then, that would make Him, less than Righteous. On the other hand, if He punishes His Children, first, then, the ungodly, have no leg to stand on. They can't accuse Him of being, unfair. Another thing that goes along with our disobedience to Him, is the failure of our economy. You see, when God decides to punish a nation, He can do it in many ways. Hitting a nation where it really hurts, is in the pocketbook. Look at the state of the economy in this nation. It is enough to make grown people cry, and be fearful. People are losing their minds, committing suicide, killing others, and 'the whole nine yards.' Why?? Because they can't handle it!! Here is a little secret. If God doesn't give you the right mind, you will be overrun by everything this nation/world is experiencing. I hear people standing up saying, 'I praise God, that I woke up this morning, in my Right mind!!' And surely, that is true. The problem is, however, just what do they consider, a 'right mind'?? Is it a right mind, based on what God says it is?? Or, is it a right mind based on what the ungodly say it is?? A right mind, according to God, is one that is in total obedience to Christ, and His commandments. And it is having a mind like that, that will cause God, to shield you from the curses that befall a nation. While others are suffering, you will be doing well. While they are getting poorer, and poorer, you will be getting richer, and richer. To capsulize what this is saying, take a look at these scriptures. Deu 28:1-2 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God. If you get a chance, read this entire chapter, and see what happens to the obedient, versus what happens to the disobedient. After you get through, compare verses 16-68, with what is happening to this nation. A few examples are, our jobs are leaving this nation, and going to a nation, we have hardly heard of[ie India,Myanmar, and others]. We are slaves to other nations, that produce oil[Middle East especially]. Our nation, is slowly becoming like the nations we used to assist, while they are, now, having to assist us [ie our indebtedness to China]. Everything we do, to better ourselves, turns out to be something that is destroying us. However, if other nations, use these same ideas, they prosper. I hear our president, and the Democrats especially, urging the people to get out and spend, so the economy can start growing. The problem is, if God doesn't give them, or blocks, the mind to spend, then, they aren't going to do it. Or, He may give them the mind to go out and buy products, made in other countries. Simply put, if God doesn't give you the strength, or mind to do something, it won't get done. Jesus once said, John 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. Unless God, enables you to be able to do something, it won't get done, no matter how many of you there are, or how much money you spend. But, you don't want to see that. You keep on making the same mistake. You want to hold on to your 'sinful way of thinking' while trying to manufacture your own blessings, and it won't work. There is a saying, that a lot of people use, in identifying insanity, and it goes like this. 'A sure sign of insanity, is when a person does the same thing, over and over, and is expecting a different result.' Believe it or not, that describes the position, not only of the ungodly, but, a lot of Christians today. So many of them, go to church every Sunday, and shout the praises of God, and seek a solution to their problems. Then, if God sends the answer, and it is one they don't like, they will reject it, and keep on trying to make a solution that they feel comfortable with. Problem is, time and again, it hasn't worked. And yet, they keep on doing it. I can sit around and listen to so-called preachers, in the pulpits of their churches, admonishing their followers to rejoice in, and praise the Lord, then turn around, and tell them to support someone, who, is clearly against what they are supposed to be standing for, and that is righteousness. To make a long story short, fighting against God, will only net you more problems.
