In this issue, we will be looking at a series of things, that reveal the problems facing this nation, as a result of departing from the principles of the bible.

Many of us, and I am talking about society in general, can begin to see that something is terribly wrong, but can't quite make out what it is.

Mass shootings, wars, famines, earthquakes, plane crashes, terrorism, drugs, sexual perversion, parents, killing their kids, and vice versa. Young girls getting pregnant, as young as 11 years old.

Government officials, caught in situations, in which they should be put out of office at the least, allowed to stay on the job, while the accuser is lambasted.

Now we are facing the looming problem with Y2K, that may just signal our downfall.

Where are our morals??? What has happened to us, in the past 30 or so years??? I could go back further, but the rate of the decline of our values in these past years, is skyrocketing, far greater than in the previous 100 years.

The only answer I can come up with, is God's judgment, being poured out on this nation. It's been a long time coming, but it is not a suprise to me. We have been asking for it for a long time, and now, it looks like it is just beginning.

As I sit here, I can remember old cartoon characters, in the newspapers, like old men, with white robes, and long white beards, carrying signs say something like, 'THE WORLD ENDS IN 3 DAYS.' As funny as that was back then, it is beginning to look like that may be just what is happening, only, it should be saying, 'AMERICA FALLS IN ??? DAYS.'
