MAXINE WATERS, REVEALS WHAT THE DEMS REALLY THINK.

At the confirmation of George W. Bush as president, members of the Black Caucus protested the confirmation, on the grounds that Bush won, because 'black voters in Florida, were disenfranchised.

The confirmation, headed up by the man that Bush defeated, Al Gore, went pretty smoothly up until the question was asked, about whether anyone had any objections or challenges to the confirmation, At that time, members of the black caucus came forth to register their complaints.

As the rules go, the only away a confirmation could be held up, is if a member of both houses, challenges the procedure. If only one house's members challenges the vote, then, the challenge is moot.

Well, every one that had something to say about the confirmation, came forth and registered their complaint. Among them was Maxine Waters, D-Cal. She has a history of babbling on and on about any and everything, that the Republicans do. Well this time, when she got up, and started in to her speech about how unfair the election was, and how black voters' votes, didn't count.

After a few minutes, Al Gore asked her to sit down, because there weren't any challenges to the procedure from the Senate democrats. She kept on talking. Gore reminded her of the rules for challenges, to which she replied, 'I don't care, what the rules say!!' This little statement, as simple as it is, reveals a lot, about the mindset of 'black Democrats', and many liberals in the party, as a whole. It speaks to something that I, and many others have known for decades. What it reveals is, the liberal Democrats, don't care about any rules, when they favor someone else.

Ever since I got wise to what they were doing, it became evident that they only want the rules enforced, when it is to their advantage.

Ms. Waters, who has a history of doing things, to endear herself to her constituency, by getting programs started to give away money to those that are well able to work, but refuse to, was dismayed that no one from the Senate, would join her and the 'black caucus' protest, and she let her feelings be know, even though Al Gore, repeatedly asked her to yield the floor.

After she didn't get anywhere with that, she, and the rest of the 'black caucus' walked out.

Everyone has a right to protest, but it is another thing to act like spoiled children who don't get their way. These are grown ups, that are supposed to be leaders.

These people are supposed to be concerned about our future leaders that are still in learning processes, (talking about our kids). And what is it they learn about following rules?? If you don't like the rules, then ignore them. Have two sets of standards. One for yourself, and one for everyone else.

It is no secret that the liberal Democrats, do not like the fact that they lost in the election, and that they will do whatever it takes to keep Bush from keeping his pledges, by trying to make it seem that his administration, is not legitimate.

They are scheming, and conniving, on how to derail anything this administration does, irregardless of how it affects all of us.

Now, the only way she can act like this, and get away with it, is because she, along with her other cohorts, think we have no sense, and that whatever comes out of their mouths, is the gospel (good news), when in reality, it is one more step to keep us in their control.

No one is saying that they don't have a legitimate argument, and shouldn't protest, but, seeing that this nation, along with the world, is watching how they act, and right now, is seems like they are a bunch of spoiled brats.
