SCRIPTURE – John 16:12-13                                                                                                                                                          MAY, 2018
I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself;
but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
SUBJECT – THE TRUTH IS, WHAT IT IS!!!! [3]
As I closed out last month's message, I said that God, the Holy, Righteous, and Loving Individual that He is, will, [in the case of someone who absolutely refuses to accept Him as being who He is], send all types of evidence that the person is looking for, to effectively keep him in that state, so as to damn him.

2Th 2:11 And for this cause GOD SHALL SEND THEM STRONG DELUSION, that they should believe a lie:

2Th 2:12 THAT THEY ALL MIGHT BE DAMNED who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

This means, it is highly possible that all of the so-called evidence of evolution, man-made global warming, and even the age of the earth, as told to us by scientists, may very well be God's doing to keep those of us that want to believe in these things, over what God says, in a virtual state of damnation, where everything keeps going wrong.

Then I went on to say that the idea that a person can be blessed by God, while at the same time, continuing to live in a state of rejecting God/Jesus, is to say that God is some type of fool.

This is one of the reasons I have a problem with most of the 'Word of Faith' preachers in this nation.

They tend to lay out the promises of prosperity, deliverance, healing and the like, in such a way as to make people believe that He completely overlooks their ungodly ways, and is willing to forgive and Bless them, without any action of repentance on their part.

That my friends, is lunacy!! But, it will fill up the seats in the sanctuary.

Therefore, it makes good business sense, and will bring in a lot of money, prestige, and power.

Think about this. If God tells parents that they need to spank, or otherwise punish their children, when they do wrong, so that they will grow up as righteous, and obedient adults, then how in the world do you believe that He would do something different when it comes to our disobedience??

God destroyed nations, including His own people, because of their ungodliness in the old testament, Yet, today, we are supposed to believe that He has changed His ways when it comes to our disobedience.

Remember, God says He does not change [Mal. 3:6]. So, what makes you think He has??

These preachers.

Now remember, all of this had its beginnings with Lucifer, the Antichrist, the 'new gods' and sitcoms!!

Some time back, when television first broke out on the scene, some Spiritually guided preachers called it 'the devil's tool!!'

And they were met with all sorts of criticism. They were ostracized, and made to look like complete idiots.

Some people said that it, TV, could be used to further among other things, the message of Christ. Therefore, it is a good thing.

Without going in to too much detail, it has proven to be that, but only up to a point.

Sure, millions of souls have been saved, thanks in large part to ministries, who invested in this tool, to get souls saved.

The problem however is, with every good thing that comes about, to help mankind get back to fellowship with God, there is that evil one, that wants to turn it in to a tool of destruction.

He, Lucifer/Satan/Antichrist knows human nature, because he is the one that corrupted it, to be like himself, separated from God.

He knows, that we as human beings, like to think good of ourselves. And as a result, Anything that says we are evil, wicked, and destined for hell, is to be rejected.

Therefore, if you have one TV show, that is telling you that you need to repent because of your evil ways, and another show that is telling you that there is nothing wrong with you but rather, it is the person that is saying these bad things about you that has the problem, which of the two would you rather look at? This is just what the 'new gods', planned, when TV became a source of entertainment, and information in practically every household in America.

For every program that presents the uncompromised 'Word of God', there are hundreds that cater to what the people want to hear.

I used to tell people that as a Christian, I am a sort of 'sadist', meaning I enjoy punishment, as long as it is coming from Christ because it is helping me to be more like Him.

Those people that tend to stay away from rebuke, and chastisement, are really showing their true feelings about Christ and His message of repentance.

They don't want to hear it!!!

Well my friends, a person in that condition, quite frankly, is none of His, in the first place. They are living for themselves, and not Him.

If you claim Christ as your Lord and saviour then you should be ready to accept anything that is His proven, undeniable Word, no matter how much you dislike it, because it only comes to make you a better Christian, and thus opens you up for greater blessings.

To put it so simply that a child could understand it, the closer you get to becoming like Christ, the more power, wealth and blessings you will receive in this life, first.

Consequently, the further you stay away from Him, the less you will receive.

This is why a lot of people, that call themselves Christians, never seem to be getting anywhere in this life, and thus turn to carnal means for enjoyment, and peace of mind.

Why do people smoke, drink alcohol, get high on drugs, gamble, commit fornication and adultery, get involved with other religions, psychics, numerology, astrology and such??? It is because they can't get anything, or very little from God.

In the old testament book of 1Sam. 28:6, we see that king Saul, who used to be anointed by God to be King over His people, having lost favor with God because of his wrongdoing[sin], could not hear from God anymore, so he sought out, what today is called a psychic, for a solution to his problem.

After he did that, in verse 18, the Lord, through Samuel[who was dead, and appeared to him as a spirit] told him that he and his children would be killed the following day in battle.

Because he couldn't get from God what he wanted, he turned to an agent of the Devil to get it.

Let me say this.

Psychics are real, and they do have extraordinary powers. But, they come, not from God, but, the Devil.

People ask, doesn't the Church have this same power through the Holy Spirit?? The answer is yes.

However, as with anything that is Good, the Devil creates a counterfeit.

Look at it like this.

If you buy some groceries that add up to $22.00, and you give the cashier $25.00, you expect to get $3.00 back, right??

Well, if you get three singles back, that is fine. If you get one single, and a two dollar bill back, you might accept it, even though two dollar bills are rare, as far as I am concerned. But, I have seen them.

However, if you get a three dollar bill back, you know something is wrong because there is no such thing as a three dollar bill, either now or in the past.

So, the Devil/Antichrist, only uses what God has already put here to cause us to go astray from Him.

Hence, for every anointed man or woman of God, with power to heal and deliver, he has his own servants counterfeiting those same abilities.

Remember this. The Devil can't create anything. He can only use what God has created!! He just corrupts it.

Now, for the rest of this message, I will show you some of the things people have accepted as truth, and from God, which are really deceptions from the Antichrist.

First, seeing that I am black, I am going to address black issues as it pertains to living in this nation, and our views on Christ and the Church.

The first thing we need to understand is Christ/God, does not have any closer affinity with us, than He does with any other race of people.

The idea of what has become known as 'the black church' is an affront to Him, just as Baptist, Presbyterian, Catholic, Lutheran, Episcopalian, or any other denomination is. It is a stink in His nostrils.

Why??!! Because we are saying He has different rules for us than He does for everyone else. And, that is a lie.

We black folk tend to believe that we don't have to live the same as whites do, because of our history with them[talking about slavery]!

We have gone so far as to portray Him, as a black man, because of where He came from while on this earth, and by a description of Him found in the book of Revelations 1:13-15.

So, let's say He is black!! So what!!! That doesn't mean a thing as far as how we are supposed to live our lives.

Too many of us have fallen for the line that the white man wrote the bible. So, what if he did!!!

You better treat it as what it is, and that is God's Word!!

You see, as blacks, originally from Africa where the primary religion is Islam, we have the mindset of we can get to Heaven by way of either that religion, or Christianity. What blacks don't want to hear and accept is the fact that Jesus Christ, is the only way you can get there. Especially if He is white!

Christianity has been viewed as the white man's religion, and blacks don't want any part of it.

Or, that is they didn't until someone started promoting the idea that Christ, the blond-haired, blue-eyed man we see on the cross in most churches, was really a black man, and whites don't want to serve a black man so they made Him white.

When that revelation came out, more and more blacks started flocking to churches.

This says, they are only serving Him because they perceive Him as being black. If He were white, they would leave, and go back to

their native religion, Islam.

If you are one that has accepted Christ on the grounds of His color, you have nothing coming from Him. And, I have serious thoughts as to whether you are really saved.

It should make absolutely no difference to you what color He is. Neither should you be making any distinction as to what He looks like.

One thing I want to say here, that will have to be continued in part 4, is the fact that despite what we may feel is the color of the first Adam, who is the father of all mankind, there is biblical evidence that indicates that he was white, or of a fair complexion.

Another thing is, if we hadn't violated part of the first commandment, we would not be having this problem of color, in the first place.
