The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

SUBJECT - IT'S TIME TO REPENT!!!

Given the things that have taken place in the past couple of months, I feel that it is about time for all of us, including myself, to do a reality check.

It has been a while since I have written any messages, because I had other issues to deal with, that kept me from full concentration on the work of the Lord. It wasn't until Sept. 11, 2001, that I realized that, there was an urgency for me to get back to writing, to let people know that the sword is coming upon the land, and that the people need to be warned.

What sword is it that I am talking about, you ask??? The sword of the judgment of God.

To many of you, I have just lost you, so let me explain what it is, that I am talking about.

In the book of Ezekiel, chapter 33, starting at verse 1, and continuing on down to verse 20, God makes a statement to those that are in positions of watchmen (ministers, preachers, and the Church), to be on the lookout for the signs that God has said, signal His Judgment, coming on the land.

Only those that were God's anointed, knew what to look for, and therefore, had the responsibility of being the protectors of the rest of the people.

God told them, to watch for the signs of His judgment, and if the sign appeared, then they were to warn the people so that the people could prepare to stand before God, (actually this was figurative), and be righteous, in His sight, so judgment, [death] would not come on them.

God said that it was the watchman's responsibility to warn the people. Now, if he warned them, and they didn't take heed to his warning, and they died in their sins, then the watchman was cleared of any responsibility for their death. Their blood would be on their own heads.

If, however, the watchman saw the sign, and did not warn them, and they died in their sins, their blood would be on the watchman's hands.

God goes on to explain, that no matter how righteous a person may be, if they were in sin, when the sword came, their righteous past, would not be remembered. In other words, one slip, at the wrong time, and they would be in trouble.

By the same token, if a person, has been ungodly all of their lives, and when the sword came, they had repented, then they would be as if they had never sinned.

Today, in large part to a failure of the church, to teach about sin and its consequences, many go through life, in a total act of rebellion against God. This is due in large part to the idea put forth by some popular churches that God is all Love, and we are all His children.

Dealing with the last one first, that is a lie from the pit of hell. No one is a child of God, unless they are saved!!! Not you, not me, not the pope, not any other person on the face of this earth. No one!! We are all His creation.

As far as God being all Love, that is true, but that is only one side of Him. He also hates sin, and has no qualms about keeping His Word, about the ungodly suffering in hell, and the lake of fire and brimstone.

For a long time now, this nation has done just about every thing it can, to mock God., We have taken just about all recognition of Him, out of our schools, and public places. We have thrown away the ten commandments, and replaced them with the statement, 'If it feels good, do it!!!'

All that God calls sin, we call, progressive thinking. We slap Him in the face, 1.5 million times a year, through abortion. Today, homosexuality, which is an abomination to God, is openly practiced, not only in the streets, but even in the churches. Adultery, fornication, foolishness, like gambling, psychics, and tarot readers, and people claiming to be able to talk to the dead, are all over the TV, radio and in the movies.

Concerning the last three, the abilities that they have, are real, but they are from the devil, and not God. They are dealing with familiar spirits, and here is what God has to say about them, and those that seek them, [Lev 19:31] Do not pay any attention to those that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them, I am the Lord thy God. [Lev. 20:6] And the person that turns after [follows them, or their advice] those that have familiar spirits, and after wizards, I will set myself against them, and destroy them.

So, you see what God has to say about the newest sensation on TV, the radio, and in the newspapers. Yet, we don't find many preachers, talking about them, in relation to the Word of God, why? Because many of them are involved with, or follow them. Many more, are unaware of what the bible says about them.

All of us, in one way or another, have fallen short, and need to get right, before it is too late.

The sword has come to America. With all the intelligence operations that we have, that are second to none, none of them saw this coming, even though they were warned by some other agencies, outside of this nation. What happened is, God blinded them so that they were as blind men, and women.

Such is the way of the transgressor. Walking in darkness, and never seeing the light, even thoug it is all around them.

Now, I'm talking to YOU!!!!

How long are you going to continue in your worldly ways?? How long are you going to say, when you see God's judgment, moving in the land, 'that isn't God. He isn't like that'?

God always sends a warning, before He really lowers the boom. He did it for the flood. He did it for Sodom and Gamorrah. He did it for Pharaoh. He did it for Israel, and He is doing it for America. And that means He is doing it, for YOU!! Whatcha gonna do, when His judgment comes on you???

You may say, I'll worry about that, when the time comes.

How foolish can yo be??!!! Tell me this. Just when do you think you will have to face Him?? What date and time do you think you will die?? What date and time, will He return for the Church??

Young lady, you need to cut that fornicating out, and either marry that guy, go celibate, or cut him loose. And I don't mean next year. You may not have that long. The same thing goes for you, young man. I don't care if they look like Halle Berry or Denzel Washington, they aren't worth going to hell for.

You homosexuals and lesbians, you need to know, God, didn't make you that way, for you to stay in it. We were all born in to sin. My sin nature manifested itself as womanizing. and I had to repent. Your sin nature, manifested itself as attraction for those of your same sex, and you need to repent.

Those of you that like to gossip, backbite, and cause trouble for others, in the office and on the job, need to repent.

All that secret sin that some of you have, that you think no one knows about, you need to repent.

Lusting after someone. Enjoying pornography?? Gambling??? Abortions??? Idolatry?? You need to repent!!!

Repent??? What's that, you might ask.

It carries with it, two parts. The first is, being sorry for your wrongdoing. The second is, turning away from it, aiming to never do it again.

Why would God, waarn us before He sends judgment on us??? Because He doesn't want us to perish. He doesn't want to have to destroy us. He is not willing that any of us, go to hell.

If you or I end up in hell, it will not be for lack of trying by God, but because of our own stubborness.

He has warned us. He has sent His Son, to die on the cross for us. He has sent preachers and teachers to warn us, and has given us signs to observe, so that we are without excuse.

God, is not going to make any of us do something we don't want to do. Have you ever heard someone say, 'If God want's me to stop, He will stop me.' Or, 'As long as God gives me the strength to do what I am doing, I will continue doing it.' God will honor your choice, and let you continue in your own way, just remember, payday is coming.

Remember tomorrow is not promised to anyone. The mere fact that I, was able to finish this tract, is due to nothing but His grace. I could have been dead, but He saw fit for me to hang around here for a while. You could be totally outside of His will, and at any moment, you could drop dead, get shot, have an accident, or be a victim of some maniac, and in your state, you will bust hell wide open.

The time for foolishness, is over. It's time to pray. It's time to get right with God. It's time to repent!!! Not next week, not tomorrow, but right now.

Right where you are, is good enough. You don't have to be in church. You could be on the job. You could be in a bar. You could be in a motel. It makes no difference. God can hear you wherever you are.

If you are ready, all you have to do, is pray this prayer from the heart, 'Lord Jesus, I am a sinner, (or backslider). I am sorry for my sin, and I ask you to forgive me, and help me to turn from my wicked way[s]. You said if I confess my sins, you are faithful and just to forgive me of my sins, and cleanse me from all unrighteousness, and according to your Word, I am cleansed from all unrighteousness. I accept you as Lord of my life. I believe that you died on the cross for my sin, and rose from the dead for my justification, and according to your Word, I am now saved.'

Now, if you prayed that prayer, meaning every word, you are now, saved.

Time is of the esscense. You have been given a new lease on life. Make the best of it. You are somebody to God. You have been transformed. You have gone from being a nobody, to being a watchman. Now you can go out and warn people just like you were warned.
